This is one of the "Quench and Release" carvings I do each year for the Troutbum BBQ fund raiser.  A one piece rainbow trout carved from a 36" Birch Log that was pulled from the last camp fire at Trout Bum BBQ VII and quenched in the Holy Waters of the AuSable River. 
A unique carving for a unique event!
